This exclusive villa has nicely furnished (antiek & design) accommodation for 4 people who will be able to enjoy it’s secluded location in the private residential area of Dona Pepa 2 (Cuidad Quesada).

The property has a good position and there are excellent views of a park area and La Mata and Torrevieja salt lakes from it’s roof terrace. It has a secure garden area with it’s own pool (8 m x 4 m).

Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one is en suite (bathtubb, toilet, sink and unit) The other one has both tubb and shower, sink, unit and Bidet). The masterbedroom has a double bed where as the other bedroom is a twin bedded. Both bedrooms are airconditioned.

Kitchen: The kitchen is an american style kitchen with a breakfastbarr. and equiped with everything you imagine to have a comfortable stay during your holiday. Fridge-Freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor coffee maker, watercooker, toaster, frypan, electric juicer, microwave, kitchen robot, dishwasher, washingmachine, iron and board,....ect

Livingroom: one part is decorated with a 2.40 m large Table with a 1 inch thick glass top surrounded with 6 chairs of hand made iron. This table and the settee was all messure made work, adapted carefully to fit into this house and the atmosphere in it. The wooden furniture and decorations were imported from Indonesia.....all these efforts were done to create a home like atmosphere. All our previous tennants have been very enthousiastic about it. They tend to say it is even better for real then on the pictures. The livingroom is of course air-conditioned.

- The second diningarea which is engaged with the kitchen, has a marble design dining-table with 6 wooden chairs. The exotic teakwood stand for cosyness as well as firmness. The cornercupboard is full with beautifull large wine-cups for both Bordeaux as well as bourgogne wines. You willl also find good pints for a cool beer. To assure a cosy evening with a good spanish whine there are only lights on the walls not on the cealing....the walls are a brickwork and paint combination.

Lounge: The lounge has a cosy big settee in front o a goodsized TV set with Satellite TV channels in Dutch, German, French and English. There is also a DVD player and a Stereo, and a built in chimney.

Terrace: There is a covered terrace with an excellent view over the garden and the pool. You have a garden table and 6 chairs at your disposal. There is also a solarium for whome sunbathing is a passion. From there you have a view all over the villa area of Doña Pepa and the Saltlake of La Mata...

Pool and garden: The pool is a 9x4 m sized rectangular shaped and up to 2 m deep. There are 4 sunbeds with covers and a parasol. A lot of effort was put into the landscaping of the garden...because of all the palmtrees it feels kind of exotic. The lights between the palmtrees also creates a nice atmosphere in the evening. The entire house is completely surrounded and private to guarrantee a nice undesterbed holiday.

Parkpossibility: The car can be parked on the carpark on the plott.

Security: The house is forseen of a connected alarmsystem that transferres any alerts to a central and all doors and windows have security grills.

At less then 500 m of the villa there is a beautiful 4 starr hotel with spa (steambaths and sauna, aroma therapy, massage, yacuzie ....) in the same area around the hotel you will find all sorts of bars and restaurants.... at about 300 m to the other side of the villa there are more shops and restaurants, and a good supermarket......

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
