The nearest hypermarket is outside Torrevieja, 15 mins drive.


 

Market days are on Sundays at Guardamar, Playa Flamenca on Saturdays, Torrevieja on Wednesdays as well a a promenade market everyday.

Golf is all around this property, with La Finca being a few minutes drive away, Villa Martin Golf about 20 mins away as are the courses of Campoamar and Las Rambles.
