Two Bedroom Apartment in Village House
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a corner property in the heart of the mountain village of Guaro. It is decorated in a rustic style with terracotta floors and wooden doors and windows. It comprises two bedrooms, both with en suite facilities, a kitchen/salon and roof terrace. The view from the roof terrace is of the village roof tops and sitting on the terrace gives a real taste of Spanish village life. Each morning the fish man and bread girl pass by hooting as they arrive and the locals gather outside during the balmy summer evenings. The apartment is well situated close to all amenities, eg mini supermarket two doors along, pharmacy, banks, church, tapas bars, bbq restaurant - all within a few minutes walk. The village is surrounded by olive and almond groves and there are endless tracks to explore. Within 10 minutes you can get to Coin, a market town with many shops, shopping centres, cinema etc. Twenty minutes away you will find Marbella, with all its attractions and beaches. Because of the open nature of the staircase, it is not recommended for young children or the infirm. A car is necessary for exploring the area. However, there is a bus route from Coin to Marbella coming through Guaro a number of times a day. The apartment is also available on a per night rental at €65 per night.
