45 Minutes North of Tampa and a one and a half hour drive from Disney along Highway 50. This beautiful spacious 3 bedroom two bathroom villa, with its own screened and private pool and patio, nestle next to woodland just off of highway 50.

Within a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to supermarkets and quality shopping. With all the amenities around for a social, sporting
and relaxing holiday, including at least five superb golf courses.
The abundance of space, a relaxed atmosphere, a friendly community,
woods and lakes, rivers to explore by canoe or boat , fishing and sailing,
all combine to create its magic and endearment.

A water theme park at Weeki Wachee Springs is only a five minute drive. The nearest beach is only fifteen minutes away at Pine Island and you will find a great seafood restaurant along the way.

Head south along Highway 19 , (this is the long route to Tampa) and you will eventually come to Clearwater and Treasure Island Beach's, miles of golden sand and water sports. Along the way are many fast food outlets, shopping malls, flea -markets, pawn shops, supermarkets & furniture shops. You name it and you will probably find it.

The quickest route to Tampa and Clearwater, is the new interstate highway just along Highway 50, towards Orlando and turn right onto the new toll road, Only half an hour to Tampa.

St. John's Pass, near Clearwater is a tourist area with small quaint shops, T-shirts, local artists work, jet ski hire, ski boat hire, cruise ship day trips out into the Gulf of Mexico and deep sea fishing charter boats. Also miles of sun drenched sea and sand.

Springhill, on the west coast of Florida, is in a much envied position and
growing in popularity. Due to its location, it is ideal for viewing the attractions both in central Florida, and visiting the local beaches without excess driving.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
