A self-catering house, sleeping 4 people, is available for rent in “Village de Campagne”, Cogolin, Côte d’Azur. Sunshine for 300 days of the year. Quiet family holiday residential site.

The family holiday village of “Village de Campage” is located in Font Mourier, 1.5 km from Cogolin, in a 27 acre private estate on a hill, with security controlled access gates. The residential site contains 3 swimming pools and tennis courts available for use by guests. There are well maintained gardens with vegetation typical of the south of France. The whole area is dominated by cork oak and umberella pine trees. The sea and beaches are closely located at about 2km.

The house boasts commanding views over the French landscape with rolling wooded enclaves and vine-yards with spectacular views across to the ruins of the famous Grimaud Castle and to the Gulf of St. Tropez.


 
Accommodation
Access to the property from the garage located on the ground level is via a flight of external stairs to the front terrace. On the lower floor is a living room with a couch that pulls out to form a double bed. Go up a few stairs to the kitchen / dining area. There are terraces at the front and rear of the property. The upstairs consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with a separate WC.

The property is situated 1.5 km from Cogolin, 2km from Port Grimaud and close to St. Tropez (ca. 7 km).

Not far away from “Village de Campagne” are shops for everyday needs. On the N.98, in the direction of Cogolin, there is a Supermarket. At the large roundabout, on the way to Port Grimaud, is a shopping center with a supermarket, various fashion shops, 2 Banks, Launderette, Fastfood-Restaurant and a petrol station. Come and visit us!
