A luxury villa with solar heated swimming pool, fully furnished and completely equipped with everything you require. It is a perfect place for a relaxing family holiday.

Within minutes of the villa are numerous golfing and sporting facilities, shopping malls and a large selection of restaurants where you can relax in the sun while enjoying the taste of fresh food, in some places you can watch the Dolphins playing in the Gulf while you enjoy your meal.

The villa is approximately 3,200 sq feet (The size of a large modern 5 bedroom house in the UK), it is fully air conditioned, has four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 8/9 people.

Situated in the quiet location of Rotonda, a largely residential community, there are three golf courses with the community, and a large nature reserve where you can enjoy long walks.

The pool area is south facing and enjoys the sun for most of the day. This part of the Gulf Coast is almost undiscovered when compared to Orlando, you can enjoy peaceful days around the house but there's plenty to do if you want to!

 

There are two large master suites, one with king bed, one with queen bed, then two further bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a double and single bunk. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Including the en-suites there are four bathrooms, all bathrooms have showers (double in the master suites) and two also have baths, both master suites have twin "His & Her" sinks. There is a generous range of towels and plebty of bedding.

The villa is tastefully furnished throughout including two TV's (one large screen & one with cable, two VCR's, a CD / Cassette / Radio mini system. There are two settee's in each of the living rooms. The living room looks out through triple full height patio doors to the lanai and fully screened swimming pool.

The pool has a large area for sunbathing, plenty of sun-loungers and chairs are provided. The lanai has a large table and chairs for comfortable outdoor eating. In addition to the air conditioning each bedroom and the lanai have ceiling fans to help keep you cool.

Free local calls may be made using the direct dial telephone in the lounge, main bedroom or kitchen. For long distance and international calls you will need a calling card. These are normally available from your local telephone company prior to leaving home, you can also buy cards from the local supermarket - eg Winn Dixie. As a guide calls to the UK from our villa should cost less than 10p per minute.

The villa is in a very peaceful area and particulary suitable for children in a woodland setting. There are other houses nearby, within 50 - 100 yards.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, golf.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, scuba diving.

Jane says: "The villa was fantastic, beauifully laid out and very spacious. We were very well looked after by the management company. They were always available on the phone and responded to small problems (like the ice-making machine in the fridge breaking down )really quickly and effeciently.. A few suggestions to make the holiday even better would perhaps to have a few DVD,s to watch , games consoles and internet access (for the three teenagers we have!!) Also there wasnt a fan in the bedroom with the bunk beds, which made it quite hot at night. However we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely consider returning. Thank you "
