The Villa is not a modern house on a bland housing development. When the present owners decided to buy a retirement home in Florida some years ago, they carried out an exhaustive examination of alternatives in central Florida and the more southerly Gulf Coast but finally they purchased this waterfront property on the Nature Coast in beautiful Crystal River.
Real Estate agents say that the three most important aspects which affect house pricing are location, location and location, if this is the case then this villa must be almost priceless.
The Villa is situated in a row of individually designed properties backing onto a natural spring. The woodland to the front of the houses and on the other side of the waterway is designated as bird and animal sanctuaries which prevents any development hence all the properties are very private with only neighbours on either side. The loudest noise you hear is likely to be birdsong from the wooded areas.
 

In addition to the extensive accommodation the villa has a screen room which runs the full length of the back of the house. This overlooks the waterway and allows a perfect view of the waterway activity. An electric grill has been installed in the screen room to allow "out-door" cooking even in inclement weather.
The waterway is exquisite with the villas on one side and the other protected Florida wetlands. It is deep enough for any sensible size of boat and has plenty of fish.
There is a canoe provided for the use of guests. 

The villa was completely remodelled in 2004 to the owners own exacting standards. The furniture has been completely replaced.
WiFi internet access was recently installed so you can keep in touch, just bring your laptop.

From the Florida room you can watch the water birds in the waterway. Heron, cormorants and local kingfishers are all present. Manatee also visit the waterway as do dolphins from time to time. Mullet, snappers, catfish and trout can all be caught in the waterway. Kings Bay is only 500 feet away by boat, here you can fish, sail or swim with the manatee

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, walking, cycling, golf, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a themepark.

We provide a canoe for our guests to paddle round the Bay, try spotting manatee

All in all a well equipped house, everything you need for your vacation. The covered pool is also great/ A very short distance to Kings bay by boat, approx 5mins by canoe, if you fancy a game of golf the plantation is only 5 mins away by car. "
