Our villa is a luxurious, fully air conditioned, 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, 3 car garage villa with large heated private pool and spa in Rotonda on the South West Gulf Coast of Florida.

It has been built to our specification by probably the most respected builder in Florida, Joshua C Johnson Inc, based in Rotonda, and encompasses the highest standards of materials, workmanship, finishes and furnishings. We don’t believe you will find a more luxurious, spacious 4 bedroom villa to rent anywhere!

The south facing expansive accommodation is located in a plush and tranquil setting near some of the finest beaches in the world. Completed in February 2006 it has a 41 feet long master-en-suite bedroom and has been luxuriously furnished and decorated to the highest standard. It is situated on a large plot in an exclusive area with water on two sides. Enjoy the peace and privacy of this luxurious home, or fill your days by seeing the attractions, resorts, shopping, fine dining, state parks, fishing and many other things to see and do within easy reach.

It sleeps up to 10 in comfort in over 3200 square feet of luxury with the added bonus of one of the largest heated pools and spas in any villa.

It is a holiday paradise for all with so much to do if you want, and space to do nothing if you prefer!
 

Zenith Villa is south facing so you can enjoy the outside area all day (of course the Lanai area is covered should you wish to stay out of the sun).

The pool itself is one of the finest you will see in any villa and allows multiple use by children, non swimmers and competent swimmers alike due to the size and varying depths. A purpose made volley ball net can be extended over the centre of the pool.

The private luxury, heated and screened pool is complemented by a separate heated spa/jacuzzi and an extended sun-deck to maximise sunbathing space and to catch those breathtaking sunsets at the end of the day. (Be wary of solar heated pools-they are inferior to the mains powered heater we have installed and do not enable year round independent heating; there will be an occasional time in Winter when you may need the pool heating.).

The area also has a safety screen to allow children to be able to play around the pool area without worry.

An outside shower enables you to take a hot or cold shower without going into the villa. The bathroom/shower and toilet facilities in bedroom 4 are also accessible from the pool area without entering any other part of the villa.

A large range of quality patio furniture and sun loungers are there for use by the side of the pool and under the covered Lanai area. A 6 seater ornate metal and ceramic dining table with chairs complements the facilities.

For informal entertaining or just “chilling” by yourselves a gas fired BBQ is available for use at no additional charge.

The villa is sited on one of the finest plots in Rotonda; south facing with water on two sides.

Walk out of the screened pool area, down the lawned area, and fish or relax on the private dock/jetty in a secluded tranquil setting.

A magnificent golf course is a few hundred metres down the street.

Rotonda is on the Cape Haze Peninsula, approximately 1 hour south of Tampa, between the cities of Venice and Naples. Orlando is approximately 3 hours away and guests may choose to take a day trip or two to Disneyland before returning home to the tranquillity of this beautiful house. Key West is a short flight directly south (45 minutes) from Fort Myers or a 6 hour drive via Miami (3 hours driving time to Miami)

Rotonda also now boasts five 5 challenging golf courses within its boundaries and at least the same number again within a 20 minute driving radius.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo.

It is clean, has everything you could wish for and more - very useful beach chairs for our use in the garage - and extremely comfortable and spacious. The management were very helpful and we felt that if there had been a problem with anything, they would have dealt with it straight away.
