This very large luxury 6 Bedroom villa, includes two Master suites, with French windows to Lanai and Pool, two Queen doubles, two Twins, and if needed, a fold out Queen bed in the Great room .
4 Bathrooms, 2 on-suite, 1 family and a pool shower room.

Superbly furnished and equipped, including High Speed Wireless Internet, 42 HDLCD TV, HDDVR Satellite receiver, DVD and CD players. All linen, crockery and towels, even beach towels, deck chairs and toys.

We are on a Deep Water canal with easy access to Port Charlotte sound or the Gulf of Mexico via nature reserve.  

Their is a 30ft Heated Pool and separately heated 8 person Spa/Jacuzzi. The South facing 30ft Sun Deck is fully screened and not overlooked on any side.

All Windows and Doors to the pool area are independantly alarmed, so you know if any kids exit the villa without your knowledge.

There is a 60ft private Boat Dock and a 9000lb Boat lift. We can arrange boat hire for you from local yards. Any size boat you require arranged before you arrive, at very good discounted rates.

Our local Management agents live in the area are there for you 24/7. To provide any assistance you may need.
 

Their are 8 wonderful sugar sand beaches, all within a 20 minute drive, that offer safe swimming and some of the best shelling and shark tooth collecting along the Gulf coast!

7 Golf courses within 30 minutes, including a 24 Hour floodlit course. All welcome children over 8 and hire all equipment.

Port Charlotte for departmental shopping and all family entertainment is just a 15 mile drive, with a supermarket, petrol station and local stores just 3 miles away.

We list in the villa manual, over 20 great restaurants, there are also, all kinds of take-outs, but why not cook your catch of the day on the villa BBQ/Gas Grill and have a drink in the Spa or sit by the water on the dock and enjoy the wild life all around you.  

We are very close to the South Gulf Cove nature reserve and as such are lucky to have many fine examples of the local wild life to view and enjoy all around us. The rear of this villa, faces South and backs onto deep water, that is great for fishing and providing wonderful food for the BBQ. Our garden has many differant tropical plants and palm trees to inspect, or just sit on our Dock and enjoy the peace and tranquillity, this beautiful area has to offer.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 16 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This villa was designed with features to asset anyone with impaired mobility problems. Whole property on ground floor, only one low step on entrance and pool exit (to stop rain), large doors throughout and large openings to showers to allow for wheelchairs. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, horse riding, scuba diving.

Port Charrlotte for all your shopping. 20/25 minutes.

Disney World other Theme Parks are two hours drive.
