Superbly furnished and equipped, including High Speed Wireless Internet, Satellite TV, Video/DVD, CD Players in both family rooms, so the kids can do their own thing.

All linen, crockery and towels, even beach towels, deck chairs and toys is included. Just bring food, drink and yourselves? The villa is fully alarmed to all public sevices!

All local Telephone calls, including internet are FREE. Any other calls will be charged to your Security Deposit.

This is Ideal for any group from 2 people to two groups sharing.

We are on a Deep water with miles of canals to explore and easy access to Port Charlotte sound and the Gulf of Mexico via the beautiful South Gulf Cove Nature Reserve. 

Their is a 30ft x 13ft Heated Pool and a separately heated 8 person Spa/Jacuzzi. The South facing 25ft Sun Deck is fully screened and not overlooked on any side.

All windows and Doors to the pool area are independantly alarmed, so you know if any kids exit the villa without your knowledge.

There is a 50 x 6ft private Boat Dock, and we can arrange via a local boat hire company, who has a fleet of 10 boats, to have any size boat you require at very good discounted rates.

Our local Management agents live just a few streets away and are there for any assistance you may need 24/7. 

Their are 8 wonderful sugar sand beaches, all within a 20 minute drive, that offer safe and very clean swimming, and some of the best shelling and shark tooth collecting along the Gulf coast that can be had!

7 Golf courses within 30 minutes, including 24 Hour floodlit course. All welcome children over 8, and hire all equipment.

Port Charlotte for departmental shopping and all family entertainment is just a 15 miles drive, with a supermarket and petrol station and local stores just 3 miles away.

We list in the villa manual, over 20 great restaurants, there are also, all kinds of take-outs, but why not cook your catch of the day on the villa BBQ/Gas Grill and have a drink in the Spa or sitting by the water on the Dock.  

We are very close to South Gulf Cove nature reserve and as such are lucky to have many fine examples of all the local wide life to view and enjoy all around us. The rear of this villa, faces South and backs onto Deep water, that is great for fishing and providing for the BBQ. Our garden has many differant tropical plants and plams trees to inspect, or just sit on our Dock and enjoy the peace and tranquillity, this wonderful area offers.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Family room # 2. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This villa was designed with features to asset anyone with impaired mobility problems. Whole property on ground floor, only one low step on entrance and pool exit (to stop rain), large doors throughout and large openings to showers to allow for wheelchairs.
 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, golf, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, horse riding, scuba diving, a museum.

Port Charlotte 15 min, sports & cinemas and every type of restaurant and take-out you could need.

Disney is within a two hours and the Everglades is only 1 hour away.
