This beautiful luxurious, one story villa has charm, elegance and is romantically situated on a small lake. The villa is light and roomy and has a beautifull lanai (porch). All stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. The floor in the living areas and one of the master bedrooms are a beautiful travertine.

The pool is oversized at 41 feet and boasts a number of jets. The master bedroom has a great jacuzzi tub. A large covered patio overlooks the pool and the lake. The pool is privately situated and can be heated.

The villa is located north of Tampa. There is easy access to the Veterans' Xpressway taking you to south Tampa and Xpressways to Orlando. You will need a car to get to shops and the Florida coast beaches. Many stores and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes from the villa. The closest beach is beautiful Howard Park in the Greek fishing village of Tarpon Springs. Driving down from Tarpon Springs you get to the busier beaches of Clearwater and St Pete.
Bush Gardens (Theme park and zoo) are located in Tampa. Also visit the Florida aquarium where you can step aboard a boat to see the dolphins in the Bay.
You will find Florida wildlife around the property. You will see many squirrels, gofers (turtle), opossums, armadillo's and a large variety of birds. 

The property has a great view over a lake and has 1.2 acres of privately situated gardens. All bedrooms have tv. Verizon Fios

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, golf, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, a museum, a themepark.

3 full golf sets and 2 mountain bikes are available for use.

John says: "A very clean, well looked after and homely property in a quiet rural location outside the main North Tampa conurbation. The property has neighbors so youre not isolated but has more than ample space to ensure privacy. The property is in a large plot which directly accesses a lake environment so care would need to be taken with young children. The property has a mixture of local shops and Publix supermarket only five minutes away in the car so its easy to stock up with food for your stay. Lutz is well placed for Busch Gardens, being only 20 mins away and about 35 mins from Tampa International airport. Lutz is also within easy reach of both main interstates I275 (5 mins) and I75 (15mins) which run through Tampa . If youre after access to the main South Tampa beaches areas of Saratoga then its a good 1 hour 30 although clearwater would be only about 40 mins. Its also approx 1h.30 to get to the Disney /Universal resort areas south of Orlando. We found the owner, Trinette very helpful with Pre-stay information and while there, Rob was extremely helpful as her representative. He met us at the house at 1 am to show us around. It would be possible to write lots of goods things but it would be best to try it. My family had a great time and would recommend without hesitation."
