The open plan luxury kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked, has a central bar and adjoining morning room. The kitchen is fully equipped with every labour-saving appliance, including microwave, dishwasher and automatic icemaker.. A separate utility room has a full-size family washer and dryer.

"Acres of space" in our enlarged living room with a comfortable couch, a so-called love seat and cane-chair. The light coloured carpet and large original painting bring a warm and cosy atmosphere to the house. Large sliding doors give a nice view and access to the pool.
The formal dining area with seating for 6 people is located at the front of the villa.

Cable TV is available with over 65 channels, including CNN, Disney, ESPN, Discovery and Animal Planet. A second TV, VCR/DVD player, CD player and a Stereo /radio set are provided. A telephone is available with access to free local calls


Infant cot (incl. bedding), high chair, baby monitors, rollaway bed (incl. bedding), Playstation 2 consoles and gas BBQ hire can be arranged at a fee.  

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located at the back of the villa with sliding doors to the pool. A comfortable KING-size bed with large dresser and mirror completes this large room. The room gives access to the luxury en suite bathroom featuring a separate bath, large Roman walk-in shower and a dressing table for him and for her. Two further bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded with large closets and separate bathroom with overhead bath shower are located at the other side of the house. All bed linen, beach and bath towels are provided. 

Sitting at the pool with the large caged pool deck and extensive quality pool furniture, you will enjoy the absolutely magnificent free view at the back of the villa with sometimes stunning sunsets. The beautiful sandhill cranes are walking up and down the golf course looking for food. From time to time they will let you know that they are the boss; their characteristic sound makes you feel like being in a birds reserve. A wireless broadband internet connection is available, so bring your laptop to stay connected!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Keith says: "The photographs on this site don't do the villa justice. It has an excellent layout, with plenty of space throughout for everything from lounging to laundry, and the solar heated pool always seemed to be at the right temperature! It is set in a lovely quiet location, and it's close proximity to I 75 and SR 64, make it extremely easy to get about. A Publix is only a few minutes drive away. Unlike many houses we have stayed in in Florida this villa had a very homely feel to it, it is a credit to it's owners, and have no hesitation in recommending it. We have already booked it again for 2007! Enough said!! "
