Our Grande Studio is located in the beautiful village of La Grande Terche / St-Jean-dAulps. It is just over an hour from Geneva and very easy to get to. Easyjet flights make it very affordable. The Portes du Soleil is a wonderful playground all year round and has endless activities on offer. Morzine is only a ten minute drive from our apartment and has a lot to offer in the way of shopping and night life. La Grande Terche itself is a very quiet village, suitable for families or anyone seeking a quiet or romantic break. 

The apartment is a grande studio ( 30 meters squared ), suitable for five people. It is light and well laid out. It has an open plan setup and is not cramped in any way. The dining area has a well equiped kitchen / bar area with plenty of work space and a huge window that looks over the mountains. The sofa folds into a very comfortable double bed. Off this area is an interleading door which leads to the three bunkbeds and a full size bathroom with shower. (The interleading door can be closed when the children are asleep!) The only items you will need to bring are pillowcases, sheets, duvetcovers and towels. Pillows, duvets and blankets are provided. Next to the appartment is a private, lockable storeroom (cave ) to store skis, boots, toboggans, bicycles etc. 

La Grande Terche has a number of small restaurants and bars, so there is no need to cook or drive in the evenings unless you fancy a night out in Morzine! The ski gondola is 100m away from the apartment so there are no buses to catch etc. This is also handy at lunch time, if you want to pop back to the apartment for a meal. The skiing is suitable for all levels and there is a very good skischool and equipment rental shops on site. 

The room/studio comprises 0 bedrooms in total; and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed 3 double bunk beds located in the Three single bunk beds in hallway. This gives room for up to 5 people.

The room/studio has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The room/studio is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Stephan says: "Property was well-maintained, clean and exceeded expectations. Especially with respect to its pricing. St.Jean dÁulps is a nice small village to go skiing. However not very well suited for children who can ski reasonably since the draglifts towards the blue slopes are to difficult. "
