I offer you a typical large chalet, modern and well kept, 5 bedrooms, 10 or 11 people, at a "budget price".
Ground level : Entrance, large living room, with dining table for 10, modern kitchen corner, balcony South-West, toilets, bathroom, one large bedroom with small double-bed (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult) with its own balcony.
Note: no open fire-place.
Second Level: Four bedrooms, two are large with double beds, two other are small with 2 and 3 beds. One shower room with toilets.
Beds : 2 large double beds, one small single/double bed (on ground floor), 5 single beds. max. 11.
Area : 950 sq.ft full height under ceiling, plus some area under roof partial height. floor space much more than 950.
Parking : Both open space, and covered parking (1 car) a few feet from the chalet.
 

The Vue : From the living room balcony a view on the forest. This is not a panoramic view on the mountains but is fairly pleasant, and sunny in the afternoon.
The ski-slopes : The chalet is not on the slopes, you will need to drive 2 or 3 minutes to the center of Les-Carroz to catch the lifts. Or, take the free shuttle, it stops 100m. from the chalet.
Quality : It is of modern construction, but still includes wood covering and visible wood "poutres" (logs?) on the ceiling. It is of medium quality but it is large for 11 persons, confortable, and well heated. We use it every year, and rent it often, and all users are very satisfied.
 

The ski chalet comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin. . This gives room for up to 11 people.

The ski chalet has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The ski chalet has television. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware.

The ski chalet is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a balcony. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The ski chalet is right beside swimming, walking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the ski chalet you will find mountain biking.

Within easy reach of the ski chalet you will find climbing, flying.

Liz says: "Good family property - big enough for 3 families. Found good route to swimming pool which was excellent value via the keep fit route in the forest! Plenty to do in the area including lots of walking from the house. We would recommend for active families who want a good value holiday base. For those with a good head for heights - try the via ferratta in Sixt, or a trip up the Aguille du Midi. We are looking to use this property again next summer. "
