Hersonissos is the largest holiday resort in Crete, with plenty of sandy beaches, shops, cafes, nightlife, activities, water sports, water parks, party, etc.

Our property wishes to combine, on one side, a timeless, calming, nature environment overlooking the gathering crowd in the busy area of Hersonissos and the whole Hersonissos bay, and on the other side the entertaining town of Hersonissos with its exciting nightlife, plenty sandy beaches and the old harbour (just about 1km away).

In Koutouloufari village, 100m away, one can find nice restaurants and plenty of greek tavernas to have lunch or dinner, have romantic walks, visit causy bars, cafes and shops. 

Car is essential if one wants to discover more places in Crete, out of Hersonissos city and the other nearby villages. Through walk or taxis you can go up and down to Hersonissos and the beaches (5min), though a car could make your transfers easier for you. You will have free private parking by your villa. 

Late checkout can be arranged a couple of days before departure (extra charge). 

Towels and linen are changed daily.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the living room, bed-sofa. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside climbing, walking, cycling, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, historic sites, a museum.
