Our Villa. Villa des Fleurs, is a new, traditional-style two-bedroomed Villa with use of a superb shared large swimming pool within the small secure development known as Coteaux de Moliere.

The Villa is ideal for families and sleeps up to 6. The Villa has an open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, electric hob and washing machine. The living/dining room has patio doors opening out onto the large terrace where you will find a table and chairs, sun loungers and the all important barbecue.

Inside there is a dining table and chairs and a double sofa bed. You will also find a colour television, Video/CD/DVD player and board games. A seperate WC with wash basin is also on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is also a fully tiled bathroom with wc, sperate shower unit and hand basin.

The development overlooks and is within easy walking distance of the historical town of Pezenas which is nestled between Beziers and Montpellier and close to the beautiful sandy Mediterranean coast. The Herault area is also the centre of the largest wine-producing area in France and vineyards and local wine are literally all around.

If you are looking for a small slice of Mediterranean French life either as a couple or as a family in convivial surroundings and near to restaurants, shopping, the beach and historical sites, this is the place for you, although, ideally you will need a car to see all the attractions of the Languedoc area.
 

 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find cycling, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, horse riding, golf, a themepark.
