Peaceful view of the surrounding jungle from the verandah. The bbq can also be converted to an outside Sri Lankan kitchen with gas burners. There is also a sink and water supply on hand next to the bbq, and shaded by a coconut palm. Mango, papaya, avocado, cashew, jack fruit and bread fruit trees are in the large garden, along with orchids an other exotic plants.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer is also available for your use.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
