Viila Mendos is a luxury property situated in the village of Hisaronu, only 2.5 miles from the beautiful world renowned beach of Oludeniz & the Blue Lagoon.
Upstairs has three bedrooms (sleeping 8), with the main bedroom being ensuite.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a double bed, while bedroom 3, has two bunk beds. An additional bathroom serves bedrooms 2 & 3.
Air conditioning is fitted in all of the bedrooms.
On the ground floor the living/dining room is well equipped, air conditioned & spacious.
The kitchen is equipped with a fan oven, gas/electric hob, huge fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle & toaster.
The villa is accessed by a private road, leading to the villas iron gates, there is a large drive with ample parking, the gardens are mainly laid to lawn with planted shrubs and the private swimming pool can be accessed from the large covered patio. Sunloungers are provided as well as table & chairs for outside use. The Villa has three balconies all with superb mountain views.
 

The Villa is five minutes walk from the many bars & restaurants of Hisaronu, the bustling town of Fethiye is approximately 5 miles away, the villa is within easy reach of all local attractions, with the dolmus (bus) being the cheapest & easiest way of getting around a car is not essential, as the Villa is located well above sea level you can always rely on a cooling breeze during the heat of the summer months.
 

Ölüdeniz Beach

This beach is arguably the most photographed beach in the world. Otherwise known as The Blue Lagoon because it is an area of outstanding beauty. It is a popular tourist destination and has numerous facilities such as restaurants, shops, bars and the beach has shower, toilet and changing areas. The beach is free but the lagoon charges a very small entrance fee, but it is worth a day out with a picnic.

The Harbour at Fethiye

Fethiye is a lively bustling town with shops, bazaars and plenty of nightlife if required and is 4 miles from Villa Mendos. The bay provides a natural port and is an important stop for all kinds of boats. Many of the restaurants serve foods to suit all palettes and they are excellent value. From Fethiye you can explore the region, simply by taking a Dolmus (minibus) from the town centre.

Fethiye Market

The market in Fethiye is on Tuesdays and is definitely worth a visit. The local stall holders expect you to haggle and as a rule offer 50% less than they ask and end up at 60% - 65% of the original asking price for your bargain. Don't worry if you miss it, you can go to Hisaronu market (near the villa) which takes place on Mondays. Good luck bargain hunting! There are many to be had.

Çalis Beach

The beach is located 5 Kms north of Fethiye and can be reached either by Dolmus or Water Taxi from fethiye harbour. The beach is partly sand and partly pebble and stretches for many miles. Again, there are restaurants, bars and shops to occupy you while the children can be entertained in the Aqua Park situated nearby.

Kayakoy Village

This deserted Greek settlement was built in the 14th century on the ancient site of Karmillassos which was destroyed by earthquake. The village was abandoned after the Turkish and Greek governments signed a 'population exchange' agreement in 1922. The Greek population was exchanged with the Turkish population residing in Western Thrace. Worth a visit.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, walking, horse riding, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a food shop.
