Tykatem is a new 2 bedroomed apartment with air conditioning in the bedrooms and full gas central heating throughout. It has an open plan, marbled floor kitchen/lounge divided by a granite topped breakfast bar and work top. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern gas hob, refrigerator microwave/combination oven, toaster, washing machine, iron & ironing board, kettle, full crockery set, cutlery, pans and kitchen utensils.
The spacious lounge area has a television and DVD player, a fireplace a 2 sofas, one of which opens into a bed as required. The room leads out onto a large veranda and the swimming pool.
Leading off the marble tiled hallway, there are 2 air conditioned bedrooms with traditional wooden floors. The master bedroom comprises a double bed, double wardrobe and dressing table. Large sliding double glazed patio doors open on to a balcony over looking the pool and garden area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large triple door wardrobe with a window looking up to Babadag mountain. Next to the bedrooms is a modern fully tiled shower room with a sink, WC and shower cubicle. Bedding and bathroom towels are provided. The apartment will be fully serviced before arrival and will be given a light clean once during the week……………
 

Tykatem Apartment is situated just 5 minutes walk from Hisaronu town centre and less than a minutes walk to the Dolmus routes of Olu Deniz and Fethiye.

HISARONU

Hisaronu is a friendly bustling village with a wide range of facilities to attract all ages. There are bars, shops and restaurants offering a wide range of international cuisine to suit all tastes. As Hisaronu and the neighbouring Ovacik are at an higher altitude than Olu Deniz and Fethiye, there is often a slight breeze which results in a drop of temperature at night time, making for a more comfortable nights sleep.That is of course, if you want to sleep! Some of the bars in Hisaronu stay open until the early hours of the morning and have a fabulous atmosphere. The noise level in the village is controlled by the Jendarme, all the bars with this license have to comply with the local laws and make themselves soundproof. This means that those wanting to party all night can, without disturbing those of us who prefer an earlier night

OLU DENIZ

Just 10 minutes ride away, the approach to this resort Will reveal stunning views of Olu Deniz, with the Mountains falling away into the crystal clear, calm Waters of the blue lagoon, at the heart of this National Park and Conservation Area. Olu Deniz has One of the most photographed beaches in the world And appears on the covers of most Turkish brochures. Admission to the park carries a small charge to the beach where you can hire a sunbed to relax and enjoy the scenery. As well as the beach, Olu Deniz offers a variety shops, bars and restaurants with a laid back cosmopolitan atmosphere.

FETHIYE

Fethiye is situated on one side of a sweeping bay facing the the resort of Calis. It’s Approximately 20 minutes dolmus ride from Hisaronu. Fethiye is an old town dating back To 400BC, when it was known as Telmessos.It is a sheltered bay backed by mountains and Is the main town in this area. It is a natural Harbour and holiday resort and is still very Turk 

 

The swimming pool is only shared with the upstairs apartment. There is a covered veranda on 2 sides of the apartment, so both sun & shade can be found anytime of the day.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Lounge, 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The location of the apartment means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, a balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

barbara says: "The apartment is well maintained, in excellent condition and nicely furnished with all the home comforts and more. The Playstation was very useful in keeping our son occupied whilst we got ready for evenings out! The pool was cleaned daily and a much welcome opportunity to cool off in the heat of the day. We have visited the area before, in fact like it so much weve been for the last 3 years to Hisaronu. The village/ town has everything you could want without being too busy and overcrowded. This apartment is only a short walk from the centre so near enough to get to shops, bars etc but far enough not to get the nightime noise. Transfers to and from the airport were arranged via the owners with no problems. They also provided a very useful Welcome pack. Owners made contact direct before departure to make sure everything was in hand which was a really nice touch. If you visit this area/ appartment you really should book on one of the jeep safaris, fantastic fun at not much cost!"
