This 2 bedroomed villa with private pool is situated in the small village of Ban Nong Yai. The property has a secluded garden with sun loungers and seating area, perfect for topping up your tan or just relax and read a book. The pool area has sun all day although there is shade. Inside the property there is a fully equipped western style kitchen with open plan living area. The living area has ceiling fan and air con. There are 2 bedrooms one double one twin, both have ceiling fan and air con, storage and safe. Dont worry if your arrival is very early or very late for your convenience you can check in 24 hours a day. Although this villa isnt disabled friendly everything is on on one level, but a wheelchair may not fit through the doorways. 

Just 5 minutes from the property you will find the nearest beach Khao Kalok. Set on the beach road and overlooking the beach itself you will find numerous bars/restaurants. Pick the one that takes your fancy and relax for a few hours getting cooled by the sea breezes over some delicious food and drinks. Quad bikes, canoes and jetskis are available for hire at this beach. A furhter five minutes from here you will find the Evason Resort & Spa the facilities at this hotel are available to non-residents. Almost opposite the Evason you will find Sings Bar, here you can book a variety of excursions while you enjoy a drink overlooking the sea. Furhter along this beach road you will find the town of Pranburi with the newly built Tesco Lotus shopping Mall, bars and restaurants. Ten minutes from the property in the opposite direction you will find Dolphin Bay with its long sandy white beach and hotels. To get around the local area you will need transport, the nearest taxi Passarn is cheap and reliable, and you can also hire a moped on the beach front. Car hire is available in Hua Hin. 

If its a lively night out you want then head to the town of Hua HIn approx 30 minutes from the property. Here you will find bars, restaurants, discos and cinema. There is a huge shopping mall Market Village and various night markets selling thai handicrafts. clothes and food. There is also a long sandy white beach although this can get busy. 

The town of Hua hin 30 minutes from villa is fast becoming the best beach resort in Thailand. Theres plenty of activities to suit everyone. Hua Hin is the summer residence of the King of Thailand. Hua hin is also famous for its seafood restaurants and night markets where you can pick up traditional thai crafts.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

William says: "If you are looking for a place to recover from the daily stress of your normal to full day, this must be the ideal place. As the location is a bit away from the beachroad it could have been informative to have been informed beforehand that one do need some kind of transportation to get around, we hired a bike and that worked for us. I would have no problems returning to this house and have promoted it to friends."
