Camelot Baan is set on a gentle slope overlooking the Eastern coast of the Gulf of Thailand only 1.8 kilometres from the centre of the Royal town of Hua Hin, the King’s residential palace and the 5 km long sandy beach. Although close to all amenities, the villa enjoys a quiet location surrounded on two sides by the temple of Khoa Maha Katsapo reflecting the Buddhist ideals of tranquillity and harmony.The villas has its own large private pool 26ft x 13ft set within a patio surrounded by garden. The villa is attractively furnished, with airy bedrooms and a splendid 34 X 18 ft living room. Overall the villas is a family size 1300sq.ft. 

International flights arrive daily from Europe, Australasia and the Middle East at Bangkok Airport. From there you are met by our own airconditioned taxi and chauffered direct to your villa in Hua Hin. Your driver knows exactly where to take you and he will inform our agents of your expected arrival time, whenever time that might be. So if your flight is delayed, you can be sure that your transport will wait. At the end of your stay your taxi will take you directly back to the airport in time to book in for your return flight. This service is provided at extra cost and must be booked at time of villa rental booking. 

Excursions available from Hua Hin
Hua Hin, home of the Thai Royal Family, is tranquil and safe. It has much to offer the discerning visitor from splendid safe, fine sandy beaches to tropical forest, mountains, lakes and rivers. Located only 230 km(145 miles) South of Thailand’s capital Bangkok , Hua Hin is close enough to make daily excursions to many of the county’s exciting attractions including Bangkok itself, The Floating Market , The River Kwai Bridge and Railway and National Parks including Khao Sam Roi Yod. Elephant Village is just a few minutes walk. Here you can take a ride on an elephant and attend a Extravaganza show.

You can play golf year round on one of the five excellent local courses. From beginners to professionals, there is something to suit all golfers and at a price that will not break the bank. 

Camelot Villas are part of a small select international property development. They were all built in 2006/7. Electricity. We provide a weekly allowance of 2000 Thai Baht for electricity. This will cover all normal useage including reasonable use of the air-conditioning, but it will not cover the full cost if you opt to run the air-conditioning throughout 24 hours. You will be required to pay any excess over this allowance which will be notified to you on departure. Any excess will be deducted from your deposit.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
