A lovely Fully Air Conditioned 3 bedroom (2 Bathroom) property, within walking distance of Hua-Hin Beach and town centre. Hua Hin is rapidly becoming the best Beach Resort in Thailand with plenty of activities available to suit all ages and tastes. Famous for its clean, sandy coastline, Hua Hin is the summer residence of the King of Thailand, and it still retains much of its old charm. Hua Hin is also famous for its plethora of SeaFood restaurants, and night markets where traditional thai crafts can be found alongside international branded goods. Although there is plenty to keep you occupied within Hua Hin, nearby is Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park (45mins drive south from Hua Hin). Cha Am to the north and also Pala U Waterfall all within 45mins by car or taxi.  

Electric:
We will provide an allowance of 2000 baht per week for the cost of electricity, this will cover the reasonable use of air conditioning , but not if you were to leave all the units on for 24 hours a day . Any extra will be charged on departure. 

We will be providing a small food basket complimentary for you, including the essentials enough until you can manage to get about and stock up for your stay.

A stock of books and Dvds for your holiday pleasure will be left. Please feel free to read the books and exchange them with your own on departure for others to read. 

The Villa benefits from a Modern European style Kitchen, and also contains a built in Bar area in the lounge for relaxing nights in!! All Bathrooms are equipped with Electric Showers A travel cot and pushchair are available on request at a charge. There is satellite and Cable Tv plus a Dvd player and assorted Dvds to watch. Mountain Biking Rides and Tours can be arranged just for you please ask the owner. Golf can also be arranged for you.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
