The property is a 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms condo unit located on the 12th floor of Rim Haad Condo. The size of the unit is approx. 150 sq. meters.

The bedrooms and kitchen/living room all have balconies with panoramic view of the beach and the Gulf of Thailand.

The Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a doule bed; both have ensuite bathrooms.

There is kitchen (electric stove top, kettle, convexion microwave, fridge) for guests toprepare light meals.

The dining table seats 8 people and the livingroom has a sofa set. 

The Condo has a large grounds with a 40m x 10 m swimming pool. There is a gym room with weight machines, complete set of dumbells and treadmill.

There is a snooker and ping pong tables. Reading room and common multi-purpose function room (approx. 150 sq. meters) on 21st floor with a panoramic views of the area.

Rim Haad Condo is less than 500 meters away from the Deluxe 5 star Dusit Resort and Polo Club where there are restaurants, sports facilities, etc.  

Rim Haad Condo is close to tropical beaches, indigo seas and lush greenery as well as championship-standard golf courses and picturesque national parks. Just ten minutes from Hua Hin and 15 minutes from Cha-Am Beach, regarded as the most beautiful beach in Phetchaburi, the Property is the ideal for holidaymakers staying in the Hua Hin area. A short drive from Hua Hin airport, the resort is also easily accessible from Bangkok, a 25-minute flight or a three-hour drive away.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, a restaurant.

Close to the apartment you will find flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: The whole property is extreemely clean and well kept by an armada of maids, gardeners / technicians / wardens. The people are very friendly, although very few speak and understand a few words of English. The pool water is also always clean. Most of the appartments belong to well-to-do Bangkok people, who use them personally and do not let. We have been spending November / December resp. December / January vacation there for the past 7 years - courtesy of a Thai friend - and are very much looking forward to go back to our "second home". The sandy beach is directly at the foot of the property. Drawbacks: at this period of time the location is exposed to the wind and does not offer many protected spots. All along the Hua Hin beaches, depending upon the weather and waves it is not recommended to bathe in the Sea.
