Our beautifully furnished spacious ground floor self-catering apartment with WiFi access, is in Hurghada on the Red Sea Riviera in Egypt.
Your party will be met at Hurghada airport and returned there at the end of your holiday. This Free service is provided for your convenience.
The apartment is set within a gated complex with 24-hour security in a quiet area and has a shared swimming pool.
There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and in the living room. WiFi is available on request.
There are 3 steps up to the entrance of the apartment otherwise it is all on one level.
It has 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is one more bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet) and a cloakroom (washbasin and toilet only). Each toilet has bidet facilities. Two of the bedrooms lead directly onto the patio. Each bedroom has large twin beds, which can be placed together or apart as you wish and a large bed settee in the living room can sleep up to 2 more people at extra charge of £50 pp per week.
A midweek change of towels and sheets is included in the price.
A travel cot,high chair and baby buggy and childs toilet seat can be provided at no extra charge if you request them at the time of booking. The baby buggy also has a detachable parasol. Bedding for the travel cot is NOT provided.
Whilst children are welcome, the apartment has not been made child proof.
The living room has seating for 6 people and there is a dining table and 6 chairs should you wish to eat in. A large terrace/patio is accessed from the living room and there are 2 tables and further 6 chairs on the patio.
There is a satellite TV and DVD player in the living room. The DVD player will play your music CDs and MP3s
A safe is provided Free of charge.

A small supermarket is located just outside the gated community. Many more shops, restaurants and the beach are a 10-minute stroll away. Local taxis and buses can be stopped just outside the apartment and cost very little.
There is a shared unheated pool.
This is a non-smoking apartment. We would like to ask our clients who wish to smoke, to kindly smoke on the patio, and not in the apartment
The party leader must be at least 25 years old.
There is a low occupancy discount of £100 per week for occupancy of the apartment by 1 or 2 persons. PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR THE CODE for this discount via the Enquiry link shown above the photographs. Please give the names and ages of the occupants.
 

From this wonderful location you can experience any kind of holiday you desire - from a totally relaxing retreat to an action-packed adventure. Hurghada is famous for its World-class diving. The quality of the reef is said to be surpassed only by the Great Barrier Reef. The area is also renowned for wreck diving such as the Thistlegorm.
All levels of diving are catered for from basic training through to advanced technical dives. You can pre-book this through me if you wish. If there are members of your party who dont wish to dive, they are able to join you either to snorkel or just to take the boat trip. An excellent lunch is served on full day trips.
You will find many other water sports including kite surfing, catamarans and fishing. An Aqua park, fabulous beaches and spas are available close by there is an 18-hole USPGA golf course 20 kilometres away. There is also a fantastic choice of restaurants to suit every taste from fine dining to Macdonalds and Pizza Hut to fabulous inexpensive local fish restaurants. There are several nightclubs including Ministry of Sound and Hard Rock café.
Desert safaris, Quad Safaris, excursions to Luxor, Cairo, Aswan and the pyramids at Giza can all be arranged for you. We can even arrange a 3 or 5 day cruise down the Nile for you. If you want to book these trips they can be booked through our friend who will pick you up from the airport on your arrival. Local taxis and buses are very cheap and although car hire is possible it is not recommended. The Egyptians seem to drive on both sides of the road and a lot of the time without lights on even when it is dark!! Surprisingly on my many trips I have not seen an accident.
 

From the UK you can fly directly into Hurghada.From elsewhere if you cannot get a direct flight you can fly via Luxor or Cairo.Egyptair fly daily into Hurghada from both Luxor and Cairo.
Flights get booked up quickly especially in school holidays so it is as well to book as early as possible.

For your convenience you will be met at Hurghada airport by a friend of ours who will transport you to our apartment and return you there at the end of the holiday. He can also arrange any diving or excursions you wish to make at a very reasonable price.
LIABILITY. We cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage, changes or cancellations caused by major coups (i.e. strikes, floods, fire, closure of airports, terrorist attacks, political unrest, war or the threat of war, industrial disputes, technical difficulties, weather conditions) or any other events beyond our control. During your stay we do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.
The swimming pool is very occasionally closed for maintenance.Unfortunately because it is a shared pool we have no control over this and cannot accept liability if the pool is unavailable for use during your stay. There are pools fairly close by that you will be able to use if this happens. 

There are two large sofas in the living room. one of these converts into a king sized bed and sleeps a further 2 people. WiFi access available . A Travel cot,high chair and baby buggy complete with sunshade are available. Please note that we do not provide bedding for the travel cot. There are 3 wide steps up to the apartment entrance and we have a ramp which can be put down for the length of your stay if necessary to negotiate these. I think access to the kitchen may be difficult in a wheelchair but the rest of the apartment is spacious. There are 2 grab rails in the en suite shower room and we also have a shower stool and a raised toilet seat.Please email me with your telephone number so that we can discuss these facilities before booking. Occasionally the swimming pool has to be closed for maintenance. As this is a shared pool we have no control over this. However if the pool was unavailable during your stay we will try to make other arrangements for the use of a nearby pool.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the King size in living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

There are 3 wide steps up to the entrance of our apartment and we have a ramp which can be put down for the length of your stay if necessary to negotiate these. I think access to the kitchen may be difficult in a wheelchair but the rest of the apartment is spacious. The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find horse riding, golf, historic sites.

Robert says: "Spacious, clean and well kept apartment in a good location in Hurghada. It was of a good modern standard for Egypt. Pool is of a very good size, - though we spent most of our time at a nearby beach, which appears to be one of the better ones in Hurghada. We were there in August, and the pool during that time was regularly cleaned. Apartment was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay. Transfers to/from the airport were arranged for us, and the local contact was very helpful. The property is only a short (and cheap) taxi ride from central Hurghadas markets and restaurants. Restaurants, banks etc on the modern esplanade were only a 5 to 10 min walk away. Apartment was in a residential block of apartments, and was very quiet. "
