A detached, secluded villa with its 450 square meters of >private garden and with its own private swimming pool maintained by our staff daily is located in the most residential part of Icmeler within a walk 5 minutes from the centre of the town and 10 minutes from the beach, where you can find so many options of water sports, daily boat trips to wonderful, natural bays around Icmeler and Marmaris.
Set on two floors, this spacious property offers a peaceful and a relaxing holiday to ones who are looking for their privacy as well. It is equipped with every luxury convenience for holiday makers.
 

The large, air-conditioned living room on the ground floor with patio doors leading directly to the garden and the swimming pool is including is furnished with some sofas for 6 people, satellite television, and music system. The living room with a dinning area for 8 people has been recently decorated with some silver and porcelain vases, glasses, plates designed with traditional Turkish motifs giving you some feeling that you are in Turkey!!!
The open kitchen with patio doors to the garden is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dish washer, oven, cooker, extractor, kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery, and crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and also full dinning set for you meals in the villa.
The bathroom with a shower unit on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine, electric water heater.
 

On the first floor, the master bedroom furnished with an air-conditioning unit, a large double bed, some traditionally design wardrobes and make-up table has a balcony with a nice view of the town. The other air-conditioned two twin bedrooms have large wardrobes as well. The main bathroom is with a Jacuzzi-bath. Bed linens and towels provided in the villa are changed twice week in the villa.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. It has also a central heating system for the cooler periods of the year.
Outside there is a good size swimming pool with some sun beds and parasols. You can enjoy your drinks at terrace with some wooden table and chairs. Barbeque place is available in the garden with some trees and flowers.
Car hire is advised to travel to some historical sites, get some idea about the rest of the country while some local shops, markets and restaurants are about 2 minutes walk away form the apartment.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
