The house is furnished to a high standard with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a full oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster as well as normal kitchen accessories etc. Also there is washing machine in the utility room. The spacious living area has TV, video player and CD / tape player.
The house is within 10 minutes walk of the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants, cinema and shops in the main commercial centre and close to the clubhouse. Also availabe, Bicycles, fishing rod, 2 sets of golf clubs (gents and ladies) and PlayStation 

The beach is just a 10 minute walk from Vista Golf as is the Islantilla Golf Resort Hotel, a 1st class hotel offering evening entertainment, restaurants, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon all of which can be utilised by non hotel guests for a small charge. Islantilla has 2 modern shopping malls, one is on the beachfront surrounded by palm trees and has a supermarket, the second is a newly built shopping centre just 10 minutes from Vista Golf. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. The older town of La Antilla (20 minute walk) also provides shops, restaurants, supermarkets and café´s on a beach side location.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
