The entrance into a small hall with a small lateral lounge complete with old patterned tiles. This leads to a bigger hallway that opens up to the large and open plan kitchen, dining and living room. These rooms are flooded with light mainly from the central courtyard and the pool deck which they open out to. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities including, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker/oven. All furniture in the house is of a rustic style to blend in easily with the sand coloured, limestone walls. The ground floor also has a twin bedroom and spare toilet. 

The amazing pool deck is accessed through either the dining room or the living room. The striking views make this space the most popular area of the house. The pool itself is quite large and a jacuzzi is also available. Plenty of sunbathing space is available together with an eleveated outside dining area. When in Gozo, barbequeing is a must so a BBQ is provided. All necessary outside furniture including umbrellas, deck chairs, table and chairs are provided. 

There are two ways to access the first floor. The old, outside, stone staircase that formed part of the old house before the extention was built, still exists. However a more convenient internal staircase is provided. This leads to a first floor hall that opens up to two twin bedrooms and the master double bedroom. All three bedrooms on this level have and en-suite bath or shower room. A small laundry room complete with washing machine is also available. The first floor also has very large and private terrace that overlooks the breathtaking sea and valley views. On clear days the view can be as far reaching as Scicily 90kms away.  

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Robin says: "The property is considerably larger than we expected from photos. The kitchen, dining area and lounge are actually all interconnected making a large airey space. The lounge (at the back) is approximately east facing giving full sun to just after lunch, with shade coming on the patio from the building during the afternoon. The internal layout is a little strange, but that gave us no problems during a holiday stay. Ta Perelli is a townhouse on a main street in a very quiet village. It is really a terraced property, but is not much overlooked, and when on the patio, you feel totally alone with the outstanding views. The patio is outstandingly lit at night, adjustable from mood to good level, including underwater pool lighting. There is a small bar / pizzeria in the main square (300m) who do takeaway, a small shop (but an Aladins cave when inside) well hidden at the North of the village (look for pepsi sign, up a side street) and mobile baker, veg-man etc toot their horns outside each morning. No-where is far away in Gozo, so enjoy the peace, then drive to a bit of avctivity when you find the energy. Stairs and the pool may make it unsafe for very small children."
