It consists of 5 bedrooms 4 of them en-suite. One double bedroom is in the ground floor also en-suite.
On the ground floor there is also a separate shower and toilet. A fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining and living area over looking the beautiful pool. The pool and BBQ area is spacious, and is perfect for dining and preparing food outdoors not to mention sunbathing. The sitting room is equipped with cable TV.

On the first floor there are another 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with balcony one which overlooks the street and another pool area.
There is a wonderful country side view, where you can see Ta Gordan Lighthouse and Ta Pinu church. When the weather is clear you can see a beautiful panorama of Sicily.

On the second floor is another en-suite bedroom.

Gharb is a traditional Gozan village just a few kilometers beyond the Islands Capital, Victoria. The house is located in a quiet alley just 200 meters from the church and is surrounded by many other similar houses of character dating back some 400 years and more. The village is set in a quiet rural area yet is just 10 minutes from some of the finest beaches and bays on the island and with many country walks available immediately from the villa. The village itself has just one supermarket, one mini market and one restaurant but there is, for some strange reason a Scottish Rangers Bar close to the church. For all other services and a wide choice of restaurants head for Victoria just ten minutes drive by car or bus. The local natives are very friendly and will extend a warm welcome to all visitors and English is widely spoken.
 

The village house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use.

The village house has television. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this village house.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
