The property is ideally located in a quiet alley in the picturesque village of Qala, yet is only 5 minutes from Hondoq beach and 10 minutes from the red sands of Ramla Bay and the bustling capital city of Victoria.

This spacious property benefits from a large roof terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture where you can enjoy the fabulous views over the Gozitan countryside. The large lounge and dining areas boasts vaulted ceilings, traditionally tiled floors, an open fireplace, TV, DVD, CD player and books/games for your enjoyment.

Also on the ground floor you will find the quaint stone built kitchen, equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer and an array of kitchen equipment. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are located adjacent to the kitchen.

Ascend the spiral staircase to the master bedroom, family bathroom and a bright, airy twin room with en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and access to the balcony overlooking the village square. 

Gozo is only 14km long by 7km wide and offers a less congested, calmer atmosphere than its sister island Malta. The superb swimming and diving areas produce a place of escape and relaxation.

The island is steeped in history, with visits to the Citadel in Victoria, St Georges Church and the prehistoric stones of Ggantija a must. The Azure window is a natural phenomenon. The Blue Lagoon is a beutiful area of sea in the most amazing colour. There are lots of regular boat trips daily. All the bays, restaurants etc are a short drive away where you can eat your evening meal next to the beautiful calm sea.

Within a short drive of the capital city of Victoria this inland village has a charming main square with lovely restaurants and panoramic views from its hillside setting. There is stunning clifftop scenery with the opportunity to enjoy walks in the countryside and drives around the bay. Watch the stunning sunsets over the Gozo Channels with a breathtaking backdrop of Malta and Comino. Qala is home to the one last working windmill on the Maltese Islands.

The farm house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Top floor of house there is a spare matress. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the farm house cool.

The farm house has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking farm house

The farm house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views.

The farm house is right beside a food shop.

Within easy reach of the farm house you will find a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

The Gozo sea is one of the greatest for Scuba Divers
