As you enter this elegantly furnished villa you'll find the first of the four bedrooms on you right with twin beds. Opposite is a shower room and toilet for this level. The stairs to the lower level are adjacent to the shower room. Passing through this entrance hall you arrive in the huge open plan living room and dining area. The living room has magnificent 180 degree sea views and seating for eight. There is a TV with 'Free to Air' UK Satellite TV and a DVD player for your entertainment. To your right, past the dining area, is the separate kitchen. Appliances include dishwasher, oven & hob, kettle, fridge / freezer & microwave. As you exit the kitchen the doors to your right lead to a sun terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool area and an external staircase leads to the pool.

At the bottom of the internal staircase and you'll find the remaining three bedrooms. The first is on your left and has a double bed and small balcony. Opposite is a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to the lower sun terrace and pool area. Along the hallway the large family bathroom is to your right and the final bedroom, complete with double sofa bed, is directly ahead, with access to the naya and pool area. Both double bedrooms enjoy sea views.

 

Exit the twin bedroom and you’ll find yourself in the naya, (covered terrace), overlooking the pool. There is a gas barbeque to enjoy 'Al Fresco' cooking & dining while absorbing the views and there is ample furniture to relax in the shade or lounge in the sun. The pool is approximately 8m x 4m in size.

There is a restaurant, communal family pool with bar, supermarket, bank, cafe bar and a pharmacy within a ten minute walk of the villa. A second commercial centre is within a three minute drive and has a selection of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops for you to try. The local beach of Playa del Moraig is also only three minute drive away, with the larger sandy beaches of Moraira & Javea within 15 minutes, with an abundance of bars and restaurants along the way. A car is essential to fully enjoy and explore the area.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. Mark says: "The villa exceeded our expectations. The pool area was larger than anticipated and very private with palms, plants and cacti surrounding it. The views are stunning from the lounge and first floor sun terrace. Off road parking is also provided. The fourth bedroom (with the sofa bed) is quite small and a little dark but the given the pricing for a four bed villa it is excellent value. Highly recommended."
