Finca Ventecullo is located in an elevated position in the middle of a small private estate with views over the surrounding orange groves and vineyards, towards the distant mountains. The villa is set in 3500 sq m of private gardens which are subdivided into seperate areas of shade and sunshine, ideal for children to play, and adults to relax. The estate is quiet and tranquil and there are many places to walk in the nearby woods . All this is located mid way between the bustling port and beaches of Javea and the small town of Benitachell, both just 5 minutes drive by car . 

 

 

The property has extensive mature gardens,with may trees, and plants and many sunny and shady areas facing all directions. There is a large open Naya with seating for 20 people and ideal for al fresco eating. The bedrooms will sleep 10 adults , or a mixture of adults and children up to 12 plus a cot for a baby. There is a huge lounge diner with galleried landing and high beamed ceiling. A large portion of the house has been recently renovated to a high standard. Please note that you must bring your own Beach towels.

The finca comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The finca has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The finca has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the finca include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The finca is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The finca is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the finca you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the finca you will find a themepark.

Nicola says: "A fantastic villa. We were a party of 12 and did not ever feel cramped. We hired cars to go out and about, but were equally happy to have quiet days at the villa. The kids had a great time in the pool, and there were loads of pool toys for them to use. The bar-b-q was well used. We hadn't expected such an abundance of wildlife but it added to the holiday fun! To summarise a fabulous place to relax and unwind and would highly recommend it. The local shops and restaurants were great value too, and the local people were all very friendly and helpful."
