'Oro Rayo' is a south facing villa that is situated on the valley side of the Montgo mountain range and close to the natural park. It is just off the Jesus Pobre Road and is 2 miles from the quaint village of Jesus Probre and 4 miles from Javea.
A car is essential for getting around. The La Sella golf course and Marriott Hotel is 5 minutes drive away. There is a supermarket 200 meters away and 4 restaurants within a 5 minute drive on the road towards Javea.  

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably accomodate 6 persons. The villa has all the basic amenities and is furnished to meet rental standards. The kidney shaped pool is 8 x 4 meters and is facing south and captures the sun all day. We had visited this particular area 10 years ago to visit friends and came back on holidays. We like the area and also the town of Javea which is very quaint and has a beautiful harbour as well as a beach area (Arenal) 

The villa is on a 1/2 acre plot and it's size provides seclusion and quietness. There are many fruit and palm trees and the ground is covered mainly by gravel. 

The satellite system has limited channels. Baby sitting available at €12 per hour. The Air-Conditioning is an extra cost. Views of the valley and the Montgo Mountain Range.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The Villa has recently had two ramps built for wheelchair access, one to the Utility room, which then leads into the kitchen and also one from the Naya on the terrace by the swimming pool. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo, a themepark.

Frank says: "We had a fantastic holiday at the Villa. There were 4 Adults and our Grandaugter. Nice and quiet and private. A well maintained property definitly exceeded expection .The Lemon tree was well used by wife & daughter.. Gin & and fresh lemon juice. A safe environment for little one to play taking the usual precautions re the pool. we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning if possible. A nice area for beach & restraunts etc. "
