The main entrance is up steps to a large open terrace, typical of the area, overlooking the garden and pool. The terrace is set out for dining and for sitting. Sliding doors leading into the spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV (no card provided) and a woodburning stove. An arch leads upstairs to a roof terrace; a door leads to the kitchen and another arch leads to the sleeping accommodation. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher and gas cooker, and a door leads to the enclosed rear naya with a washing machine; door to rear garden. There are two twin bedrooms, one with balcony; and one double bedroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a full bathroom, with bath/shower, and washbasin, bidet and wc, and a separate shower-room with washbasin, bidet snooker/pool table, a sitting room, and a kitchenette with gas hob.
From the hallway by the bedrooms, there are internal stairs with a lockable door leading downstairs to a room containing the snooker/pool table, a sitting room, and a kitchenette with gas hob. There are four twin bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a separate toilet, and one double bedroom with ensuite shower-room with washbasin and wc. The bedrooms have either built-in or free-standing wardrobes. Doors lead from the sitting area to the garden.

The house can easily be used as a 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom house.

The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Noelle says: "Exceptional villa - request more photos from the owner before you book to see how lovely it is. Sun terrace perfectly captures sun and pool is just the right size. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Lots of space and as the villa is on two levels, two groups/families could easily share the villa without being on top of each other. Not too far from the town of Javea - 5 minute taxi journey. In a quiet area, but not in any way isolated. Would recommend and would book again. Ideal for a hen party / similar big group of people."
