Due to the location of the villa at the top of a mountain, we feel a car is essential to stay at our villa.

Our villa has a very large living/dining room complete with 32” Widescreen T.V., DVD player (with a selection of DVD’s for all the family) as well as Satellite. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 people; the sitting area has two large Sofas and a couple of easy chairs. The living/dining area is air conditioned, essential when the temperature hits 30º.

The kitchen has a large American style Fridge Freezer, ideal for keeping your San Miguel chilled. There is also a dishwasher (so Mum can have a holiday too). The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery & glasses. There is also a utility room with a separate sink & washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom/w.c.

The windows from the sitting room & kitchen provide spectacular views over the valley to the Mediterranean Sea and the Montgo.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and is designed to accomodate 6 adults in comfort. We are able to provide an extra full size single bed in one of the twin rooms and a cot in the master bedroom for familes with young children and infants.

The bedrooms are split over two levels, the two twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom, with bath and shower over, are up a half flight of stairs. These two bedrooms have built in wardrobes and bedside units with drawers and are both air conditioned. A further half flight of stairs leads you to the Master suite, which comprises a large bedroom (bed is 1.6m x 2m) with a private terrace/balcony, dressing area with built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom complete with bath & separate shower. This bedroom is also air conditioned.

To the outside
Patio doors from the living area lead to a large terrace, partially covered (Naya) giving welcome shade from the intensity of the sun. The Naya has a table & chairs for alfresco meals. A few steps down from this terrace takes you to the main sunbathing terrace by the pool. The pool is 8m x 4m with Roman steps at the shallow end and runs to a maximum depth of approx. 1.5m. Should you wish the pool can be heated for an extra charge. To the rear of our villa there is another grassed sunbathing area. The rest of the garden is landscaped with a selection of palms, and colourful flowering shrubs.

PLEASE NOTE
The Villa is cleaned and the beds made up for the number of guests in the party. Towels for the bathroom are provided; please bring you own pool/beach towels. NO FURTHER clean or change of bed linen is allowed for. You are welcome to use the washing machine. A change of bed linen can be provided for an EXTRA CHARGE.
 

This is a quiet, mainly residential, area. There are a number of nationalities living here but it is predominantly British. The urbanisation is at the top of a mountain which offers panoramic views. Whilst the developers are continuing to build down into the valley behind us this is well away from our villa and has a negligible impact on our villa.

Less than 3 mins drive takes you to Munroe’s Carvery, an English style restaurant, which also provides live entertainment several nights a week. Within 5 minutes drive there is a good sized MAS Y MAS supermarket, open from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. six (Mon-Sat) days a week. This offers an excellent selection of Spanish products along with recognised British, Dutch & German branded groceries. Freshly baked bread & pastries are available daily.

The local villages of Pedreguer & Gata de Gorgos are just over 5 mins drive. These are both traditional Spanish villages with a selection of shops, bars & restaurants. Of the two, Gata is more tourist orientated as it has a large number of wicker/basket ware shops and more bars & restaurants. Try the Traveller’s next to the Railway station for a friendly welcome from Graham and a tasty selection of light bites (tapas).

The main beach area of Javea (Xabia) with its wide range of restaurants & bars and excellent family beach is a short drive away. One of the beauties of Javea’s Arenal beach area is that even in the middle of August you can find somewhere to park which is only 2 mins walk to the beach. Javea also has a port/marina with a further selection of shops, restaurants & bars. Javea is a great place to go with the family as it is vibrant and very safe.

Denia is a bustling commercial centre which also has a large number of shops, bars & restaurants, a fishing port, a large marina and a ferry terminal to the Balearics. Denia also has a castle and miles of clean sandy beaches.

Travelling inland from our villa takes you through the olive, almond and citrus groves to the Jalon valley and its traditional villages. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, walking, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark.
