Beautiful spanish villa in prestigious area of Javea. Spacious accommodation for up to 8 people.
Ground floor 2 twin bedrooms & full bathroom. Open plan lounge / dining area with Tosca stone arches and fireplace. Fitted kitchen with granite worktops and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer.
A lovely glazed naya overlooks the pool area, with views to Javea port and San Antonio. First floor, 1 double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, sun terrace.
Further accommodation in separate apartment, 1 double bedroom, fully tiled bathroom and small kitchen area with fridge. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.
Outside the villa is set in an enclosed, mature mediterranean garden with palms. There is a large patio area comfortably furnished with wooden furniture and a barbecue for dining al fresco. A beautiful 8x4 pool with roman steps, terrace and sunloungers, and a shaded poolside gazebo.

Marta says: "The house was really very nice and very well equiped (kitchen, swimming pool, garden, dolls house full of toys etc), the only problem is that we paid 100€ for an extra bed for my child and what they offered me was a small swimming mattress with a blanket cover. To offer this we really think that it should be for free. Afterwards we asked for a cot and it was ok. "
