Areias Brancos is aptly named as it sits next to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Looking to the north the long strand of surf soaked beach ends with the distant view of a palm tree lined headland. You cant see it very well as it is always in a haze of salt and sea spray. But you can walk there, and when you arrive the next bay will be totally empty. This is the essence of this beach houses location..... civilised wilderness, a Robinson Crueso experience.

To the south, you have civilisation in the form of a chic surf shop, beach and town restaurants and small supermarkets for the daily essentials. An internet cafe is there to keep you in touch with the real world, but we find 20 minutes of that a day is enough... get out and enjoy the beaches and scenery. 

The beach house itself is fun to live in. Its most important feature for this climate is the large upstairs balcony.... lots of shade if you need it and lots of bright sun to bask in too. The 3 bedrooms are all simple and well furnished, with wardrobes, bedside tables, table lamps and seaward opening windows for that important evening breeze.
Modern shower rooms with new ceramic finishes and wcs etc. ensure a civilised stay in this sub tropical climate.
Downstairs the fun continues with your very own Brazilian bar in the corner of the lounge.... great for creating that dusk Caipirinha to be enjoyed on the outside terraces. The kitchen is roomy, with all essential modern appliances. An outside sink drainer even makes washing up a pleasure. Let the kids do it whilst you relax under the palmtrees, in your hammock, keeping a casual eye on them.... 

The ocean is just opposite you reached through the row of beach bungalows. The sound of the surf can be heard when relaxing on the balconies and terraces, especially at night, under the big moon and wind in the palm trees. A few hundred yards takes you to the village centre of Lucena where all essentials can be purchased. For bigger items why not go the the hypermarkets in Joao Pessoa, where you can get just about anything.... Brazilian style!  

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television dvd.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find horse riding, historic sites.
