Aristos villa consists of 3 separate apartments, all with private facilities: One two bedroom and two studios.The house is a Cyprus traditional 2 storey village family house, which has been converted into 3 spacious apartments under the village 'AGROTOURISM' scheme sponsored by the Cyprus Tourist Organization. It has its own secluded yard offering peace, and privacy to its occupants. Downstairs apartments open out into the courtyard area. Upstairs two bedroom apartment have patio with excellent view of the hills. 

The house can sleep 10 persons Max. 8 in the bedrooms and 2 on camp beds. It can be rented as a whole or as separate apatments of one two bedroom,and two studios.
 

All bedrooms have private facilities with bath or showers,wc,air conditioning and heating. Comfortable rooms decorated with traditional Cypriot materials.
Each apartment has an open plan dining and kitchen area. The kitchens are fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, toaster and iron. 

The house is situated near the square of Kalavasos village, which is located right in the centre of the island, 4 kilometrers from the beach and midway Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus. The location is a great advantage because it's easy to organise day trips and see more of the island of love...Cyprus. Governor's Beach, Which is only 6 kilometres away apart of it’s excellent shallow beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkelling, boating, fishing…or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees… just a few meters away from the crystal water.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views.

Shimon says: "Kalavasos, where the house is centrally located, is a lovely village, 15 minutes from the very useful Governor's Beach. The house itself, with its three self-sufficient apartments. is ideally suited for a large family or a party of close friends. and has a lovely patio, often windy even during the hot season. Air conditioning is excellent, and the kitchen equipment is ok, though not perfect."
