The house was built aroung 1840 for a large family with lots of servants. You enter the house and walk straight into the large hall which is nice to sit and chat in. It opens out onto the courtyard area where there are lots of grapes in the summer for you to pick. We also have a large orchard nearby where you can pick fruit nearly all year through, the best time for grapes and figs in September-October and the best time for oranges is December to April or May. We also have olives in December, you are quite welcome to help with those if you wish. If you are visiting at the right time you can come and see how olive oil is made. 

There are 4 apartments in the house all centered around the courtyard. There is a two bedroom and a one bedroom apartment upstairs and two one bedroom apartments downstairs. Each bedroom sleeps 2 persons 

We find that everyone loves our house, wether they are families with children, someone who wants a quiet holiday to get away from it all and especially retired persons. Just let us know what you want and we will suggest the best time to visit. 

The villa is very near the village square and all amenities. It has its own secluded courtyard offering peace and privacy to its occupants -each apartment has it own patio, air conditioning and central heating which makes them suitable for rent all through the year. Sleeping: the villa consists of four large self-contained apartments. Three of them have a twin bedroom (2x3= 6 beds) and the fourth apartment (upstairs, with views) has one twin bedroom + a bedroom with three beds (5 beds, 11 in total). Furthermore, each apartment has a sofabed with a double bed and one of the apartments has an extra sofabed which sleeps one. This gives extra room for up to 9 more people. If you rent the whole villa, it can sleep up to 20 people!

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 4 twin and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 4 single sofa beds located in the Lounge/ Kitchen areas, 4 double sofa beds located in the Lounge/ Kitchen areas. This gives room for up to 20 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a garden, a patio area, a balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, flying, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
