Every room of the villa has magnificent sea, valley or mountain views, there is a huge lounge and dinning area with panoramic views and walk around covered terrace overlooking the sun terrace, pool and gardens for shade breeze and more views.
A lovely beamed kitchen complete with Bosche appliances, and utility room with Bosche washing machine.
Outside a large sun terrace by the pool for lazing the day away, giant 15mt x 6mt freshwater swimming pool. Beautiful landscaped gardens with many different private areas, mature tree’s and plants. Lower terrace fruit garden with tree swung hammocks for peaceful snoozing or reading away from the kids splashing in the pool.
A massive very private roof terrace with unbelievable views and at night you can almost touch the stars, (a telescope is also available.)

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding.
