The Jewel Of The Bay Villa is located in a prime position in the Patara Prince Resort with great access to the resort's facilities.
There is a large private sun terrace with built-in barbecue and outdoor lighting. The two large bedrooms (one with ensuite) have commanding views over the sea. Natural wood and stone features combine throughout the villa. Both bedrooms and the living area are airconditioned.

The seaview terrace leads off both the lounge and kitchen, and features dining furniture, outdoor lighting and a barbecue. The large lounge opens onto the terrace and has two double sofabeds, satellite TV, DVD and a CD/MP3 player.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has juliet balcony with sea/town/mountain view, ensuite bathroom and working fireplace. The large second bedroom has sea/town/mountain view, two single beds and one folding single bed. The living room has two double sofabeds.
Bathrooms:
The main bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower/mini-bath & wc. The second bathroom has shower and wc. Downstairs there is a third wc.
Kitchen:
The large kitchen has a view of sea/town/mountains. Appliances: Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, oven, hob, extractor, Turkish tea-pots.
Laundry and housekeeping:
Towels and linen are included as well as pre check-in and midweek housekeeping visits.
Location:
The villa is located at the 'Spanish Steps' in the resort and directly next to the resort's internal shuttle roadway. So it is very easy to unload shopping, unlike most properties in Club Patara!

Internet access is available in the main building of the resort.
Accessibility:
There are stairs in the villa and the resort is built on a hillside. This property is not suitable for wheelchair users or the infirm.
Beaches:
The resort has sea private platforms and diving facilities. There is a beach at Kalkan. The main beach is at Patara, which is easily accessible by dolmus or taxi.
Distances:
Kalkan is 1km and can be reached by water taxi from the resort, or by walking/taxi. Patara beach is about 20mins drive and has a magnificent beach which is over 10km long. The ruins at Xanthos and Letoon are 30 mins drive away.
