We hope you fall in love with this part of Turkey like we did when we first visited. We feel we are privileged to own such a beautiful place with the most amazing sea views and sunsets we’ve ever seen.
With a few apartments on Club Patara now available for rental why should you choose to stay with us? Firstly, can we recommend that you read previous guests reviews. Many of these speak from themselves. As well as renovating our property to a high standard we are constantly striving to improve the property and your holiday experience with us. A new addition to the property is a sofa and bean bags on the large terrace so you can relax in comfort outside and enjoy the splendid sunsets and seaviews. A further point to mention is that for some properties their original views are now obscured by the growth of the gardens. We are very particular in protecting our view, as this is the main reason we purchased the property. We ensure that any trees or plants are cut back to maintain the outlook. A final note to help with your holiday, before you book elsewhere please ask the owners if they have updated their kitchen and bathroom, many properties still have the original facilities which are now over 13 years old.

Patara Prince Resort is nestled on a 60 acre exclusive, secluded sea front estate along the Kalkan bay. It has beautiful mature landscaped gardens and wonderful facilities, which you are welcome to use on your visit. facilities include 4 pools, windsurfing, water skiing, snorkelling, scuba diving, Turkish bath, spa, indoor pool and gym, tennis courts, volley ball, snooker/pool table, sun beds, shuttle boat running between resort and Kalkan harbour and a shuttle minibus running through the resort for those too tired to walk to their apartments at the end of the day (there are alot of steps on the resort so may be unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchair use), bars, restaurants, piano bar and small nightclub. There is a convenience store on the resort.
You’ll be pleased to note that all guests receive 25% discount on all food and drink on the Patara Prince resort (shop excluded).
“Sunbeam” is a 2 bed apartment built with traditional Turkish stone with all mod cons. A home from home. There is a twin room, a lovely studio style double bedroom and a double sofa bed. The apartment sleeps 6 (but is more suitable for 4 due to the size of the apartment)
The beautiful covered terrace with amazing sea views is ideal for watching the nightly Kalkan sunset.
The apartment has been lovingly renovated to a high standard with fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom.
Apartment facilities include-:
Air con, kettle, fridge, toaster, full oven, washing machine, iron and board, hairdryer, Satellite TV, DVD, CD with cassette player, radio, tennis racquets and board games …
Air conditioning and Mosquito nets are provided to help with the Turkish climate.
Towels – towels are provided in the apartment although you will need beach towels.
Bedding- is provided
Adult only area - if you want to get away for piece and quiet you will find adult only area with own pool, bar and sun bed area. There are also siesta rooms with bedding and pillows to rest out of the sun (these are lovely for an afternoon nap or a read out of the sun). There are also lots of bathing platforms right on the sea to get away from it all. They all have sunshades
Turkish bath - if you fancy a Turkish bath, sauna, steam, massage etc there is one at a reasonable charge on the club near the hotel, you can even have your hair cut in the salon.

Kalkan is a short hop on the shuttle boat or a short stroll. Kalkan has all the facilities you’d expect from a holiday resort including over 200 terrace roof restaurants. It has a wonderful friendly atmosphere and all the family are made welcome. For those wanting more lively nightlife this can be found down by the harbour.

We are happy to organise airport transfers from Dalaman airport. We use the same reliable taxi company who looks after all our guests. Payment is made direct to the driver and can be paid in pound sterling.
