A recent addition is a comfortable sofa on the terrace to enhance the enjoyment of the kalkan views and sunset. many additional improvements have been made in the high quality dressing of the apartment for guests staying in 2009.

To help you to decide on a property we recomend that you ask the owners the following questions:- Is the view in the photos still available at the property? Some properties have allowed the mature gardens to obscure their wonderful views. Finally you might wish to enquire as to whether the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. The Exclusive 4 Star Patara Prince Resort is nestled on a 60 acre secluded sea front estate along the Kalkan bay.It has been awarded a Blue Flag. It has beautiful, mature, landscaped gardens and wonderful facilities, which you are welcome to use on your visit. These include 4 pools (one indoor and one adult only), windsurfing, water skiing, jet bikes, snorkelling, scuba diving, Turkish bath, spa, indoor pool and gym, tennis courts, volley ball, snooker/pool table, sun beds, shuttle boat running between resort and Kalkan harbour and a free shuttle minibus running through the resort for those too tired to walk to their villa at the end of the day, bars, restaurants, find dining in exquisite setting, piano bar and small nightclub. There is a convenience store on the resort.

You’ll be pleased to note that all guests receive 25% discount on all food and drink on the Patara Prince resort (shop excluded).


"Sunset" is a beautiful 2 bed duplex villa with 2 ensuites and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The building has lots of character including wooden floors and ceilings, and feature fireplace in the master bedroom and lounge and the most spectacular sea views from the covered terrace. "Sunset" has recently been renovated to a high standard with new ensuite bathrooms and beautiful kitchen. It is our home from home. The Double bedroom has a beautiful hand made kingsize bed with wonderful sea views and fireplace. The large twin room again has all handmade traditional furniture. The villa comfortably sleeps 6

The beautiful covered terrace with amazing sea views is ideal for watching the nightly Kalkan sunset or enjoy a BBQ with family or friends.

The villa facilities include-:

Air con, open fireplace, kettle, fridge, toaster, full oven, washing machine, iron and board, hairdryer, Satellite TV, DVD (Which will play CDs) tennis racquets, table tennis bats, books and board games …

Air conditioning and Mosquito nets are provided.


Towels – towels are provided in the apartment although you will need beach towels.

Adult only area - if you want to get away for piece and quiet you will find adult only area with own pool, bar and sun bed area. There are also siesta rooms with bedding and pillows to rest out of the sun (these are lovely for an afternoon nap or a read out of the sun). There are also lots of bathing platforms right on the sea to get away from it all. They all have sunshades

Turkish bath - if you fancy a Turkish bath, sauna, steam, massage etc there is one at a reasonable charge on the club near the hotel, you can even have your hair cut in the salon.

There are so many restaurants to choose from both on the Patara Prince resort and in Kalkan.

 

Kalkan is a short hop on the shuttle boat or a short stroll. Kalkan has all the facilities you’d expect from a holiday resort including over 200 terrace roof restaurants. It has a wonderful friendly atmosphere and all the family are made welcome. For those wanting more lively nightlife this can be found down by the harbour.

The Villa is on a 4 star resort which has been awarded a Blue Flag its facilities include 4 pools (1 indoor and 1 adult only), spa and health club, Mini club, 2 Tennis courts, Table tennis, Snooker, Watersports centre, good choice of restaurants and bars

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
