Villa Seftali is a detached 3 bedroom villa with stunning views over both Kalkan and Kalamar bays. It has a spacious roof terrace with table and chairs. Furnished to a very high standard, it will comfortably sleep 6 guests. The villa has full air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV and DVD player, CD player, large private pool (7.6m x 4.5m at widest points), terraces and outside dining area. It overlooks both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays and the walk into the village takes approximately 15-20 minutes (downhill).

 

Ground Floor

Lounge
The lounge is equipped with a TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a large comfortable settee which can convert to a double sofa bed for extra guests, two extra wide chairs and a coffee table. The dining table is glass topped and comfortably seats 6
Kitchen
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge/freezer. All plates, glasses, cutlery etc are included.
Outside
The large terrace is equipped with sunloungers, a brick built barbeque and a large glass topped dinng table that seats 8. The large private pool is 25 feet long and 15 feet wide at it's widest points.
Double Bedroom
The second bedroom is 15 feet by 12 feet and contains a double bed, fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table with mirror and stool. Mosquito nets are provided for your comfort. This bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the front terrace.

First Floor

Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom is 18 feet by 17 feet and contains a king size bed, fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table with mirror and stool and hairdryer. Mosquito nets are provided for your comfort. A single door opens out onto a balcony with fabulous views of the bay. The master bedroom has a en-suite bath room, with a full size bath and shower. One lovely feature is that the bathroom has doors that open onto its own private balcony.
Twin Bedroom
This bedroom is 15 feet by 12 feet and contains two single beds, a fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and dressing table with mirror and stool. Mosquito nets are provided for your comfort. This bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room. A single door opens out onto a balcony.

Second Floor
Storage Room
The storage room is a large room in the roof area with a sloped ceiling. It also handily includes a wc and shower room.
Roof Terrace
The roof terrace has a built in brick barbeque and a glass topped dining table that seats 8. A perfect place for an evening meal, watching the sun set over Kalkan Bay.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, walking, scuba diving, a restaurant.

Paul and Susie says: " We stayed in the Villa Seftali for a week at the end of June 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I certainly agree with the previous reviewers comment about the final approach road, but forewarned is forearmed, so it didnt come as too much of a shock to us. The same would apply nearly everywhere you might stay in Kalkan because of the typography of the land, so I recommend a car. The villa itself is lovely, large, bright, airy and spacious. All the rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished and we found the guide books provided with the villa very useful. The pool area is large, quiet (not many vehicles attempt to drive up the adjoining road) and very relaxing with views over Kalkan. As there were just two of us we didnt use the entire villa, but we did make use of the roof terrace, which has stunning views over Kalkan and the bay. I have seen a lot of Turkey and Kalkan is definitely my favorite resort, with no end of excellent restaurants to choose from and the marvelous Patara beach just a fifteen minute drive away. I think anyone staying in Kalkan will enjoy themselves and they would not be disappointed if they choose to stay in Villa Seftali."
