Totally new villa in quiet location with beautiful sea & mountain views and private swimming pool. Located on the Kas Peninsula about 10mins drive out of the lovely town of Kas.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 9 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing.

Paragliding, hiring of bikes, kayaking and walking tours can be arranged from Kas town centre.

Day trips to surrounding villages and sites, or boat outings can be arranged from Kas centre.

Shmarya says: "This is the first time I rented over the internet and I was a bit worried about how things would turn out. As it was, the villa was nicer than the pictures and we had a wonderful time. The view is spectaluar, the daily sunsets were a treat, and althought there are a number of villas in the immediate vicinity, it was extremely quiet and very private. The villa itself is very spacious and well equiped. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and ample room for a family of 7. It was very hot during our stay and there is AC in each room. The attic however was quite hot and even with a floor fan running all night, the children were not as comfortable as we would have expected. The unit on the main floor needs to be kept on for a long time to be effective and we learned to keep it on even when we left the house in order for it to be comfortable during the evening hours. There are issues with the electricity on the Penisula with quite a number of brown outs but there was only 1 complete blackout for about 15 minutes and a partial blackout for about 1 hour which was not too bad. Liz and Yil were a pleasure to deal with and when we had a problem with my daughter being stuck in the bathroom due to a defective lock, Yil came over within 10 minutes and opened the door right away with a new lock being installed in under 1 hour. The only thing misleading is there is no private access to the beach that belongs the villa. The apartments across the road (were totally empty most of the week with one couple there for a couple of days) have private access with a sea platfrom which we used but it was not clear if we were really allowed to use it. (there was no one there to tell us otherwise) To summarize, the entire family loved the vacation and were extremely happy with our choice of the villa. We were debating amongst different areas in Turkey but chose Kas because of the privacy and beautiful views of both the sea and mountains and were not disapointed in any way. "
