Villa Jasmine has a large fitted, open plan kitchen-dining room with attractive ceramic worktops, and every modern convenience including washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, gas hob/oven and microwave. The villa is equipped with linens, crockery, cutlery and glasses and many baby items.
The lounge, which is well equipped with TV, DVD player, CD player, high speed internet access, books, CD’s, DVD’s and toys, leads out through sliding doors, onto a spacious terrace overlooking the large pool with outdoor furniture - a perfect place to relax and sip an evening aperitif.
 

Each of the two bedrooms are simply decorated and furnished with wardrobes, side and dressing tables and traditional Turkish kilims. The wooden headboards on the beds complete the look of these comfortable, air-conditioned rooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a large balcony with a Turkish seating area, the perfect place to sit and admire the views of the pool below and the surrounding mountains. A large bathroom with a whirlpool bath offers easy access from both bedrooms. The roof terrace offers a private place to BBQ and dine, with amazing views of the sea and mountains.


Downstairs there is a very spacious fully tiled, shower room with marble surfaced cabinets.

The large private pool (7m x 5m), is surrounded by an attractive spacious terrace with sun beds, umbrellas and al fresco dining furniture and a beautiful garden featuring flowering plants and fruit trees. The Villa boasts shaded side terraces ideal for hot summer days as well as a large terrace with the most stunning views over Kalkan and the bay.
Villa Jasmine has many aromatic plants bordering the garden, their scent adding to the special ambience of the pool and garden area.
 

A welcome pack will be waiting when you arrive consisting of tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter and juice etc.
Our local English agent will be on hand to offer advice and local knowledge including hire cars, day trips etc.
The villa will be cleaned and bedding changed once a week and the pool maintained daily. If you require extra cleaning this can be arranged with our local agent at a small charge.
All rooms are fully air conditioned. All external doors and windows have insect screens fitted.

Please Note: Owner requests that you bring your own Pool/Beach towels. White towels are supplied for use inside the Villa only.


This vacation holiday self catering villa is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and many cooking utensils. Additional items include a pushchair, cot, bottle sterilising unit, bottle warmer, CD player, sun beds and pool furniture and many other useful items including, pool toys, games, books and magazines, iron and ironing board, extra fan, hairdryer, sewing kit, medical kit, and torches.

There is private parking with direct road access if you wish to hire a car. Owner can organise Car hire and/or Airport transfers if you wish.

Babysitting services are available. 

Jasmine villa is directly located over the bay and benefits from stunning views over the Mediterranean. Just 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and to the town center gives immediate access to a wealth of entertainment and leisure with many shops, bars and restaurants.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 3 single sofa beds located in the lounge & 1 extra bed for twin room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

It was ideal for our 11 month old son's first holiday and the toys, high chair, television, DVD player, etc, enabled us to entertain him with minimal effort. All the furniture was comfortable and much more than the basis provisions we expected in terms of hard and soft furnishings. The villa's location was also ideal with the town including all the restaurants, harbour, etc, easily within walking distance. Patara beach, Kekova, Kars, Fethiye and other sights were easy day trips by car. The only minor draw back was the depth of the pool (1.80m) which made it necessary to tread water whilst playing with the baby. "
