This newly built villa has large rooms with lounge and bedrooms having seaviews and verandas. It has been built to a high standard and is extremely well equipped including various baby items, toys, games and pool toys. All doorways and windows are fitted with security and insect doors and the main rooms are airconditioned. 

The terrace surrounding the pool is perfect for sunbathing and for dining. Enjoy a barbeque cooked and eaten on the roof terace whilst enjoying the panoramic views over Kalkan and the bay or watch the sunset over Kalkan in the evenings.

Airhouse Villa has a large fitted, open plan kitchen-dining room with attractive marble worktops, and every modern convenience including washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, gas hob/oven and microwave. The villa is equipped with linens, crockery, cutlery and glasses and many baby items.

The lounge, which is well equipped with TV, DVD player, CD player, high speed internet access, books, CD’s, DVD’s and toys, leads out through sliding doors, onto a spacious terrace overlooking the large pool with outdoor furniture - a perfect place to relax and sip an evening aperitif.

A welcome pack will be waiting when you arrive consisting of tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter and juice etc.
Our local English agent will be on hand to offer advice and local knowledge including hire cars, day trips etc.
The villa will be cleaned and bedding changed once a week and the pool maintained daily. If you require extra cleaning this can be arranged with our local agent at a small charge.
All rooms are fully air conditioned. All external doors and windows have insect screens fitted.

Quietly private, Airhouse is perfect for romantic honeymoons or fun filled family holidays and an abundance of history and culture. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the twin bed room has an ensuite bathroom with shower over. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and all main rooms face South over the pool and terrace which is shared with a twin vila. The villa has a roofed balcony running around two sides of the first floor and a terrace on the ground floor.


Both vacation holiday self catering villas are very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and many cooking utensils. Additional items include a pushchair, cot, bottle sterilising unit, bottle warmer, CD player, sun beds and pool furniture and many other useful items including, pool toys, games, books and magazines, iron and ironing board, extra fan, hairdryer, sewing kit, medical kit, and torches.

There is private parking with direct road access if you wish to hire a car. Owner can organise Car hire and/or Airport transfers if you wish.

Airhouse is an extremely spacious luxury villa with a pool shared with its twin villa. Surrounded by intricate walls and planting areas, enjoy the views whilst sunbathing on the pool terrace. The views of the sea and mountains are amazing. Having a pergola on the roof terrace and a barbecue allows one to enjoy the stunning views and the cool breezes whilst dining. Enjoy breakfast on the long veranda overlooking the sea or beside the pool. The modern, unusual design moves the living quarters to the second floor to take advantage of the cool breezes and the panoramic views. Cleaning is carried out twice weekly and a Welcome hamper and linen are provided. Please Note: Owner requests that you bring your own Pool/Beach towels. White towels are supplied for use inside the Villa only.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lounge, 1 double bunk bed located in the 3rd bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Nick says: "Superb spacious Villa, Really nice large airy rooms, a few minutes by Taxi from Kalkan centre (15YTL/6GBP each way). Akbel village is 5-10 mins walk and has a few shops and fantastic little bakery. High enough above Kalkan for spectacular views and a welcome refreshing light breeze from the mountains above. Rooftop barbeque area which was fantastic on the odd evening when we just wanted to chill. Nice pool (a must!) Didnt see one football shirt the whole time we were there! "
