This villa has stunning sea views from all rooms and is in a quiet location in the village of Kalkan. Two bedrooms - one twin and one double each with balcony, three bathrooms (shower), kitchen/lounge with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, toaster, fridge/freezer, television, CD player, garden.
The villa has its own private pool with sunloungers, umbrella and barbecue. There is also a roof terrace with barbecue (ideal for evening barbecues). Villa Pisces is a two bedroomed property but has a large lounge with two double sofa beds and would be adequate for a large family. The villa is within walking distance of Kalkan and Kalamar Bay. The walk down takes about 15 minutes but an uphill return walk. Taxis are cheap and plentiful and 24 hour.  

Please note that during Spring and Autumn and Winter months the pool may not be available. Please check before booking. 

 

We have recently added a roof terrace bedroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. This replaces the roof terracebut has a seating area on the roof outside the bedroom. At present we have one double sofa bed in this room but there are also two single mattresses available, and there is now only one sofa bed in the lounge/dining room. Photographs of the new room will shortly be posted onto this website..

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the fone in the lounge and one in the new roof terrace room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
