Villa Akkaya overlooks the sea and has a nearly uniterrupted 240 degree view over olive groves and the bays around Kalkan.
The villa with it's amazing rounded facade and floor to ceiling window gives wonderful views from both inside and out.
There is a deep and shapely pool and plenty of shade that enables you to enjoy the entire day outside. We are at the end of a road so the villa is not overlooked and provides a peaceful haven. 

Comfortable sitting room with 2 double settees and 2 armchairs with leg rests, coffee tables with lamps, TV with satellite system, DVD player, CD/radio/cassette player and air conditioning.

Kitchen with tables and chairs, fully equipped with ample cutlery etc, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and cooker.

2 double bedrooms with double beds and two singles on the top floor. These two have sloping roofs.

All bedrooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers, mirrors. High quality mattresses.
Ensuite shower rooms with both double bedrooms and the two singles share a bathroom on the landing. All rooms have chairs and a balcony.
There is one hairdryer.

Furnished for comfort, so we do not have sofa beds but comfortable sofas. All mattresses have covers and are orthopaedic. Ample crockery etc not just 6 of everything.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, boat hire, fishing, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, horse riding, historic sites.

Kalkan town with it's many shops and restaurants is a 10 - 15 minutes walk, 5 mins by car.
