VILLA TESHIR is a spacious villa set against the magnificent backdrop of the Taurus mountains with superb and unobstructed panoramic views over the sea and Kalkan bay. The area offers the visitor plenty of activities, both on and off the water, and a variety of places of interest to visit, whether your particular interests are steeped in history; enjoying the regions outstanding natural beauty; or just relaxing, there is something for everyone .

KALKAN, the jewel of the ‘Turquoise Coast’, is an idyllic fishing village with a charming marina where modern yachts mix with traditional fishing boats and gullets in a postcard pretty setting, where peace and tranquillity are guaranteed. The cobbled streets have that special ambience of old world charm and retain their lovely, traditional Turkish character. Kalkan offers an extensive range of delightful and atmospheric restaurants, from the relaxed simplicity of local home cooking, to the sophistication of the fabulous harbour-side and rooftop restaurants. There are supermarkets (offering delivery service), butchers, bakers etc. We never tire of meandering through the pretty streets leading to the harbour with their wide range of local crafts, antiques and fashionable jewellery and clothing shops. There are also banks for money exchange and an ATM machines for local cash.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
