A stunning new villa in a quiet cul-de sac. The property is maintained to a high standard. It offers three bedrooms with air conditioning/heating throughout. The ground floor comprises of a spacious open plan lounge/dinning room with TV, DVD and CD player as well as fully equipped kitchen including oven/hob large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs the master bedroom has a 5ft bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed bedroom 3 has 2 large single beds (which could accommodate 2 children in each bed), and a main bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area. All Linen and bathroom towels are provided please bring your own towels for the beach. Outside the villa offers a spacious sun terrace which surrounds the large private pool, an outside shower, complete with patio furniture, and 4 sun loungers. To the front and side of the property there are appealing gardens. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the villa. 

Situated in Protaras, a popular holiday resort, the villa is located in a quiet location with views of the sea. The property is within 20 minutes walking distance of the local beach. Within easy reach, can be found an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and stunning golden sandy beaches. The nearby charming town of Paralimni is only a short distance away. The villa is 45 minutes away from Larnaca International Airport. 

The Villa will be available after 3pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to kindly vacate the property by 11am on departure day to allow for cleaning. If you wish to have the property cleaned during your stay this can be arranged for an extra cost. A 25%(non-refundable) deposist will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required with the balance payment, this will be refunded, less any damage costs on your return
 

The Villa can accomodate two extra people on the downstairs sofa bed. Around the pool there are sunloungers and an outdoor shower. There is a table and six chairs for outdoor dining.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
